Y's Kids Before and After School Care

 

2 PART REGISTRATION-

 

Below are BEFORE CARE and AFTER CARE options . If you need before AND after school care, you MUST FOLLOW BEFORE AND AFTER LINKS TO BE REGISTERED FOR BOTH PROGRAMS. There is no option for you to be registered for both without following both links. 

 

After you complete that first step in enrolling you will automatically receive an email to complete enrollment forms. This will automatically fill out forms for you and makes the process of handwriting 20 pages MUCH faster! You may receive 2 emails if you signed up for before AND after care, you ONLY NEED TO COMPLETE ONE. If you do not complete enrollment forms in a timely manner, you will be removed from the roster and your spot will be given to another child. It is recommended that as soon as you receive that automatic email, you complete the forms then. If you do not receive the email, you will need to contact sbechtold@myy.org immediately!

 

RATES-

Part time: 3 days or less

Full time: 4 days or more

Ensure you are selecting the proper rate plan/schedule. OLG is ONLY for Our Lady of Grace participants, Three Rivers is ONLY for Three Rivers and NWLSD is ONLY for participants enrolled in Northwest Local school district elementary schools.

HOW TO REGISTER- 

Step 1:

  1. Follow the link below for the location and program (Before/After School) you need. 
  2. You will be prompted to sign into your account (if you have participated before in YMCA programs/membership and forget your password, Click "forgot password" to generate an email to reset it. If you are new to the YMCA, Sign up and create your account. Ensure you have updated all information in your account (email, phone, address and payment method).
  3. Once you are logged in, the program you have selected should appear. You will follow the steps to the end where it asks for payment. You will select a schedule Part Time or Full Time during this step. Before going to the next step you should enroll additional child(ren) into programs if applicable.   
  4. Once you click "Pay" you will receive 2 emails, 1 with a receipt and another asking you to complete the Enrollment forms. 

Step 2:

  1. Check in your account under "registrations" that all needed program(s) are listed here.  
  2. Complete the enrollment forms link that is in the other email.

 

PROMOS-

 -Hamilton County Voucher Recipients use Promo Code  "SACCVOUCHER" 

-To receive the Family rate for registration (pay no more than $50) use Promo Code "3ORMORE$30" on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th etc. child's registration. 

 

If you are an employee or would like to receive the 10% sibling discount, email Andrea to receive that discount after registration. amcgowan@cincinnatiymca.org
