Thanks for choosing OLG and welcome to the family! Please start by clicking on the new family registration link above to put your child on our Prospect List! You will also need to prepare the following documents. They can be dropped off at our school office or emailed to admissions@olgcs.org.  If you have any questions along the way, don't hesitate to call.  

Required for all NEW students K-8

·  An in-person assessment (you will be contacted to schedule once you're in the Prospect List)

·  A copy of your child's birth certificate

·  Your child's current report card (for grades 1-8)

·  A copy of IEP & ETR prior to the assessment, if applicable (please contact OLG)

New students transferring from another school will be contacted to participate in a reading and math assessment. This tells us how your child's abilities compare to peers at their grade level. It helps us determine if additional resources may be needed for your child's success. 

Kindergarten registration
In accordance with Ohio state law, your child must be five years old by September 30.

First grade registration
In accordance with Ohio state law, your child must have completed a certified Kindergarten program.
