Amy Hagedorn came to Our Lady of Grace after raising her children and teaching in the classroom for nearly fifteen years with Cincinnati Public Schools. She has an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education; a Bachelor of Science degree; and a Master of Education degree in Teacher Leadership from Wright State University. Mrs. Hagedorn has been OLG’s Title 1 Math instructor for five years and collaborates closely with math teachers in grades 4-8 to provide additional mathematical support through small group and differentiated instruction. She is a member of professional organizations such as OCTELA, NCTE, and Kappa Delta Pi. An important and active aspect of her life is her family: Husband, Joe; daughter, Ellana (who is in her junior year at D.A.A.P); and eleven year old Zoe.
