Re-Enrollment Forms--
Please send in re-enrollment forms as soon as you can. We want to make sure that your child has a place in our first grade. If these are returned in a timely manner, plans for first grade classes can be made and there will be no need for a “waiting list”. Thanks for your prompt attention.
Please note: If you walk your child into school, in helping your child to become independent, please allow them to get their things ready for the day and enter the classroom on their own. You can always call or email us at anytime with any questions or concerns.
Remember, if your child is going to be picked up from school by someone other than you, please write a note to inform us of whom that person will be. For safety reasons, we will not allow your child to go with anyone but you without a note. If it is a carpool situation or a long-term arrangement, one note for the year is fine. As different circumstances arise throughout the year, just simply let your child's teacher know through a note. Also, if you need to pick up your child early or if your child is late, a note is needed for the office. Whenever you come to school, please go to the office to sign in.
LUNCH– Please send a water bottle everyday. Please put the water bottle in an OUTSIDE POCKET of your child’s backpack to prevent messy leaks.
Kindergarten children may buy lunch and milk. Lunch is $2.75 and milk for Packers is $0.50. Tickets are available as follows:
5 lunches - $13.75 10 lunches - $27.50 20 lunches - $55.00
Send in the payment in an envelope clearly marked with your child’s name and “Lunch Tickets”. You will know that your child needs to purchase more tickets the next day, when you see the punched ticket come home in the Monster Pouch of the M.O.N.S.T.E.R. Binder. If your child is buying milk ONLY, no ticket will be used. Put the $0.50 cash in your child’s lunch box.
NAMES should be written on anything that is sent to school including sweaters, jackets, sweatshirts, etc. Please put money in envelopes or ziplock bags with your child’s name and purpose written on them. The children usually don’t remember if they gave their teacher something and it sometimes get placed on the teacher's desk. Thanks for your cooperation.
SNACK – Remember to put your child's snack in the front pocket of the backpack.
