Meals are to be pre-purchased by placing money on a student's account or paid for on the day of purchase. Money can be put on a student's account two ways:
1) electronically through a K-12 PaymentCenter account or
2) cash or check sent in with your student (labeled with student name). If you have multiple students at the school, you may pay for multiple students with one payment.
* We will not be returning coin change to students this year. All coin change will be added to the student's meal account.
K12 Payment System Set-up
OLG Cafeteria offers the K-12 Payment System to allow parents to view students meal history, payment history and to add money to their students account via credit card. Parents can create a K-12 PaymentCenter account in order to utilize these capabilities at www.k12paymentcenter.com. A student's ID number is needed to initially register an account available by contacting the Cafeteria. K-12 Payment System offers a free mobile app available for download.
Checks are made payable to the OLG Cafeteria. Please have the child's name on the check memo line as we have multiple families with same last name, as well as families whose student's last name differs from the name on the check. There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.
Meal Charge Policy
Meal charges are limited to three meals; any student charging more than three lunches will receive a courtesy lunch (PB&J or cheese sandwich & milk) and be charged $1.50 toward their account. Accounts must be paid in full at the end of each trimester or report cards may be withheld.
Beverages and snacks may not be charged. Chilled water and cups will be made available for students who forget a drink.
Packed lunches are welcome. In our efforts to promote healthy eating habits, students are not permitted to bring soft drinks or gum. Our Lady of Grace does not allow fast food to be dropped off to students.
